“The Masterclass Token Economy is a must for everyone who wants to get involved with or know more about tokenization and blockchain. It provides a very complete picture of the business, legal, technical, and operational aspects of using tokens in the real economy. Besides that, it is a great way to interact with other business leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs and discuss real use cases around tokenizing energy, art, real estate, securities, and other assets. It certainly helped me to better understand the practical issues and needs that my FinTech clients are facing when deploying new initiatives around tokenization and blockchain!"

LEARN ABOUT TOKEN REGULATION, FINANCE, & ENGINEERING
Masterclass Token Regulation
Undeniably, technology’s evolution pace is light years ahead of regulatory frameworks. The regulation of the token economy is one of the most conflictive tasks within the Token ecosystem. We will give a global view of regulation, how different countries approach the issue and in what ways investors are protected against bad practices. Also, issues like soliciting outside investors, private round, how to handle it, and where to register the offering. Learn about banking regulatory structures like anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC).
Masterclass Token Finance
Security tokens will enable organisations to bring real-world assets online, and decentralised finance (DeFi) aims to replace all existing financial services by decentralised solutions. One class of security tokens, asset-backed tokens, are connected to a tangible or intangible object that has economic value; it essentially digitalises an asset and records its associated information on a blockchain. Tokenising assets, including real estate, companies, art or digital assets, means lowering costs for issuers, but also improving transparency, efficiency and liquidity of real-world assets. Tokens offer us an opportunity to re-imagine our economy, but how to get there remains a challenge.
Masterclass Token Engineering
This deep dive helps to create a clear definition and scope of the token concept, including use cases, taxonomy and terminology, and a specification neutral to underlying technology. A well-designed token ecosystem accelerates and sustains your company’s success. In this masterclass, we will guide you through the process of designing a sound tokenomics model. Is there a viable ecosystem, and what potential business functions will be addressed with the token? What are the motivations for the participants in the network to use the token.

Impact on society, innovative funding, and base token types
Token financing offers companies a variety of benefits, including the democratisation of value creation. Where companies in the past might have struggled to raise the funds for their venture, token financing offers lower entry barriers for (micro) investors, a wider market to raise funds and easier traceability of and communication with investors. Token financing has the opportunity to change the world economy drastically.
