About the event
This conference is brought to you by the 2Tokens Foundation with support from various ecosystem partners.
We have invited distinguished industry experts and professionals from government and regulatory bodies to come together at the Rabobank HQ. During the conference they will share the lessons learned after one year of MiCAR implementation and explore topics to be discussed in light of a potential MiCAR 2.0.
As a participant, you will have all the opportunity to ask questions and you will be invited to participate in the discussion.
This symposium is relevant for all those who are working for or with companies that are in the process of implementing MiCAR, who have done so in the past year or are planning to do so in the future. From legal and compliance experts, to supervisors and business owners.
Key Notes and Discussion
During the two keynote sessions, the speakers will give an introduction into their positition in and experience and lessons learned with MiCAR implementation. over the past year. We give the stage to speakers from all different angles. From issuers, to CASPS, government and regulators, with plenty of room for questions from the audience.
The final part will comprise of an interactive panel discussion where we will explore the impact of ever increasing Crypto Asset regulation, specifically in relation to regulation and regulatory oversight of non MiCAR financial products and services. We are honoured that the closing remarks will be done by Joachim Schwerin, principal economist at the European Commision.
The symposium will end with a great network opportunity with like-minded to informally discuss the road towards MiCAR 2.0.

Quantoz is the first approved stablecoin with a licence obtained in the Netherlands. He will share his expierence in obtaining a MiCAR licence from an issuer perspective.
Mauro Halve - Head of Compliance - AMDAX
As head of compliance heavily involved in the licencing processes of AMDAX . He will share their lessons of MiCAR implementation from a CASP perspective.
Babeth van der Voort - Dutch Ministry of Finance
Coordinating legislative lawyer at the Ministry of Finance (Treasury), played a critical part in the MiCAR implementation. She will provide insights on the EU and national legislative process regarding MiCAR.
